Second Shift ("we," "us"), a service of Emergent Technologies Inc., operates this website. This policy describes what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us in the contact form, we use it to talk to you about your request, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Information you submit in our contact form: name, company, trade, city, phone, email, and an estimate of your lead database size.
• Standard analytics data: pages visited, device and browser type, and interaction data collected via Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps).

How we use it

• To contact you about your inquiry — by phone, text message, or email. By submitting the form you consent to be contacted this way about your request; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• To operate, measure, and improve this website.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our CRM (e.g. hosting, analytics, customer-relationship tools), and only as needed to provide the service.

Client lead data

If you become a client and provide us a database of your leads, that data remains yours. We use it solely to perform reactivation services for you, we never sell it, share it with any other client, or use it for any other purpose, and we return or delete it on request.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing team@nickapollo.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, Virginia, the EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses first-party analytics (Vercel) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity may use cookies or similar identifiers; see Microsoft's privacy statement for details. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
